Estate Cabernet Franc grapes hand sorted and fermented in stainless steel. A unique take on Cab Franc in the Fingerlakes as this unoaked version saw no time in barrel. The resulting wine is lighter and brighter than a traditional Cabernet Franc. Big up-front notes of cherry cola, tobacco and fresh Bing Cherry. Beautiful violet hue in the glass, silky soft mid palate, and a lingering finish.
