2022 Dry Rose

Hand harvested and sorted fruit from Seneca Lake give this 50% Cabernet Franc 50% Lemberger Rose blend a beautiful ruby hue and aromatics.  Unmistakable notes of strawberries and cream up front are followed by hints of caramel, ruby red grapefruit and fresh mint.  Partial secondary fermentation gives a round mouthfeel with a soft lingering finish to this bold Fingerlakes Rose.
