2022 Cask Riesling

Beautifully ripe Estate Riesling fruit is the basis of this unique style Riesling.  Primary fermentation carried out in 500L oak foeders and neutral oak barrels then allowed to age a few months prior to bottling.  Tasting notes of wet slate stone and pink grapefruit balance nicely with the floral aromatics and streaks of minerality.  Softer and rounder mouthfeel than normally expected with Rieslings.
