A blend of Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, and Lemberger all from Seneca Lake. Secondary fermentation of the Pinot Noir gives this blend a beautiful, soft mouthfeel and texture. Big aroma and tasting notes of strawberry rhubarb pie and ruby red grapefruit up front give way to hints of star anise and cranberry. A bold and distinctive take on Fingerlakes Rose.
