2021 Cask Riesling

Our first ever estate wine!  Hand harvested and sorted fruit from our Riesling block make this Riesling truly unique.  Fermentation carried out in our 500L oak foeder produce a round mouthfeel and structure unlike most Rieslings.  Gentle notes of pine, peach, and crushed rose petals up front and on the nose while carrying notes of minerality and nuttiness through the long and lingering finish.
